For the paid courses, checkout may offer Klarna or Afterpay as buy-now-pay-later options alongside standard card payment. If you choose one of those options, you're entering into a separate agreement with that provider — Klarna and Afterpay are independent companies, not Cash For Cubs or Kajabi, and their own terms, payment schedule, and policies apply to that installment plan.

Every Cash For Cubs course — including the free Teddy course — comes with lifetime access. There's no subscription and nothing expires: buy a course once and it's yours for good, so a family can start with Teddy at age 5 and keep coming back all the way through Penny's retirement-planning level at 18+.

Every character course includes 3 levels — 9 videos, 27 worksheets, and 3 quizzes with answer keys. The Ultimate Bear Experience includes all 15 levels across all 5 characters: 45 videos, 135 worksheets, and 15 quizzes.

The series is built to progress in order — Cubs, then Honey Bears, Grizzly Bears, Panda Bears, and Polar Bears — with later levels regularly referencing concepts from earlier ones. We recommend starting with the course that matches your learner's age and working forward.

Teachers and instructors use the video lessons, worksheets, and quizzes to reinforce financial literacy alongside whatever curriculum your school already has in place — not as a standalone course you have to build a unit around. Along the way, it also threads through subjects you're likely already teaching toward: Math (Common Core-aligned skills like counting coins and bills, percentages and ratios, and exponential growth models show up naturally in lessons on saving, compound interest, and amortization) and Social-Emotional Learning(CASEL's core competencies, including self-awareness and responsible decision-making). Exact standards vary by state and district.

Access is licensed to the purchasing teacher or instructor, not to individual students. Your students don't create their own accounts or log in anywhere — you use your own account to stream the video lessons and print worksheets and quizzes to hand out in class, so there's no software rollout, student logins, or IT setup required.

No. Because only the instructor creates an account, we never collect names, emails, or any other information about individual students — that data simply never passes through our systems. Worksheets and quizzes are printed and distributed directly by the instructor, so student work never touches our platform either. Because no student personal information is collected or stored by Cash For Cubs, the student-data-privacy requirements that apply to a lot of classroom software — including FERPA — largely don't come into play here. If your school's procurement process still requires a signed data privacy agreement as a matter of policy, email info@cashforcubs.com and we'll work with you directly.

Yes — printing and distributing worksheets, quizzes, and answer keys to the students in your own licensed classroom(s) is exactly what this is built for. What isn't permitted is sharing those materials, your login, or any downloads outside the classroom(s) or school covered by your license — with other teachers, another school, or online. Pricing is based on the size of your school, since needs range from a single classroom all the way up to a full district. We offer a Classroom License for individual teachers, a School-Wide License that covers every teacher on a campus and is priced by enrollment, and District pricing for multi-campus networks. School and organization licenses are annual, unlike Cash For Cubs' individual family courses, which are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Your license runs for 12 months from activation; renewing before it lapses keeps your classroom(s) or school from losing access mid-year.

School and organization licenses are invoiced directly rather than sold through our online checkout. After your quote or demo, we'll send an invoice through Mercury, our invoicing partner. We accept purchase orders, and invoices are due within 30 days. You can pay by ACH bank transfer or by credit card using the link on the invoice. We don't accept checks.

Many schools, districts, and other public or nonprofit organizations qualify for sales-tax exemption. If yours does, send us your tax-exempt certificate or documentation any time before your invoice is issued — when you request your quote, or directly to info@cashforcubs.com — and we'll exclude sales tax from your Mercury invoice. Without a certificate on file, applicable sales tax will be included.
