Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cashforcubs.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of Cash For Cubs courses, operated by Cash For Cubs LLC (“Cash For Cubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Site markets and describes Cash For Cubs' financial literacy course series. All course checkout, payment processing, video hosting, and member account access are provided by Kajabi, a third-party platform. Purchasing a course directs you to a Kajabi checkout page; your resulting course access, login, and Library live entirely within Kajabi, not on this Site.

2. Purchases

Each course is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions and no shared shopping cart. Every course, including the free Teddy course, is checked out individually. To keep all of your purchases under a single account, use the same email address for every checkout — see our FAQ for details.

For the paid courses, checkout may offer Klarna or Afterpay as buy-now-pay-later options alongside standard card payment. If you choose one of those options, you are entering into a separate agreement with that provider — Klarna and Afterpay are independent companies, not Cash For Cubs or Kajabi, and their own terms, payment schedule, and policies apply to that installment plan. You are responsible for adhering to that provider's terms if you choose to use it.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course, including the paid character courses and the Ultimate Bear Experience bundle. Please review course descriptions, age ranges, and curriculum details carefully before purchasing. If you have a pressing issue, please email info@cashforcubs.com and we'll help you as best we can.

In the event you purchase an individual bear product and would then like to upgrade to the Ultimate Bear Experience bundle, email info@cashforcubs.com with this information. Cash For Cubs will confirm this information and provide you with an appropriate coupon code to discount the price of the Ultimate Bear Experience bundle.

4. Digital Content License

When you purchase a course, we grant the purchasing family/household a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the videos, worksheets, quizzes, and answer keys included in that course for personal, non-commercial use within that household only.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Share course logins, videos, worksheets, quizzes, or answer keys outside your household;
• Redistribute, resell, rent, or lend course materials to any other individual, family, school, or organization;
• Publicly post, upload, or otherwise make course materials available online or elsewhere; or
• Use course materials for commercial purposes, including paid tutoring or classroom instruction.

You acknowledge and agree that the content, materials, and information available on this website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws, and that the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Responsibility

Cash For Cubs is purchased and administered by a parent or guardian. As the purchasing adult, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Kajabi account and for supervising your child's use of the course content accessed through it. We are not responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Cash For Cubs provides financial literacy education, not professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in our courses should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific investment, account type, or financial product. As stated in our course content: “This is NOT investment advice.”

Dollar figures, tax brackets, contribution limits, and similar figures used in our curriculum are illustrative examples based on 2026 guidelines. Laws, limits, and rates change — these figures may not reflect current law at the time you or your child watch a given video, and should not be relied upon for real-world financial or tax decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Cash For Cubs name and logo, the Band of Bears characters (Teddy, Goldie, Franklin, Chase, Penny, and the full supporting cast), the Collectible Coin artwork, and all course videos, scripts, worksheets, and quizzes are owned by Cash For Cubs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course grants only the limited license described in Section 4 — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site and our courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash For Cubs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our course content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or purchase of courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
