Cash For Cubs LLC (“Cash For Cubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates cashforcubs.com (the “Site”), a marketing website for a children's financial-literacy course series. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected in connection with the Site, how course purchases and account access actually work, and how to reach us with questions.

This policy covers the Site only. Course checkout, payment, and your member Library are hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform with its own privacy policy governing the information it collects at checkout and afterward.

Parents and Guardians Are the Account Holders

Cash For Cubs is designed to be purchased and administered by a parent or guardian, not a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this Site. Every purchase is completed by an adult using their own name, email address, and payment method, and the resulting Kajabi account belongs to that adult.

Children access course videos, worksheets, and quizzes only through the purchasing adult's Kajabi account, under that adult's supervision. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for deciding how and when your child uses that account.

Information We Collect

The Site itself is a static marketing site. It does not run its own sign-up forms, newsletter capture, or account system, and it does not operate a database of visitor or customer information. The only way to reach us directly from the Site is a mailto: link to info@cashforcubs.com, which opens your own email client — we only receive what you choose to send us in that email.

All purchase-related information — name, email address, billing address, and payment details — is collected and processed by Kajabi and its payment processor at the time of checkout. We do not directly receive or store your payment card information; Kajabi and its payment processor handle that in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.

How Information Is Used

Because the Site does not collect personal information on its own, we do not use visitor data for advertising, profiling, or resale. Information submitted through Kajabi at checkout is used by Kajabi to process your payment, create and maintain your account, deliver course content to your Library, and send you purchase receipts and login information. Any email you send us directly is used only to respond to you.

Cookies & Analytics

As of this policy's last update, the Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking/analytics scripts. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future (for example, to understand which pages are useful), we will update this policy first. The Kajabi checkout pages you're directed to for purchases may use their own cookies, governed by Kajabi's privacy policy.

We work with the following third party in connection with course delivery and payment:

Data Retention

Because the Site does not collect or store personal information itself, there is no Site-side data retention period to disclose. Your Rights & Choices

If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, update, or request deletion of the account or purchase information associated with your Kajabi account, you may do so through your Kajabi account settings or by contacting us at info@cashforcubs.com. We will coordinate with Kajabi as needed to help resolve your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how children's or families' information is handled will be highlighted on this page.
