Privacy Policy

Cash For Cubs LLC (“Cash For Cubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates cashforcubs.com (the “Site”), a marketing website for a children's financial literacy course series. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected in connection with the Site, how course purchases and account access actually work, and how to reach us with questions.

This policy covers the Site only. Course checkout, payment, and your member Library are hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform with its own privacy policy governing the information it collects at checkout and afterward.

Parents and Guardians Are the Account Holders

Cash For Cubs is designed to be purchased and administered by a parent or guardian, not a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this Site. Every purchase is completed by an adult using their own name, email address, and payment method, and the resulting Kajabi account belongs to that adult.

Children access course videos, worksheets, and quizzes only through the purchasing adult's Kajabi account, under that adult's supervision. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for deciding how and when your child uses that account.

Schools, Organizations & Instructor Accounts

Cash For Cubs is also available to schools, homeschool co-ops, and other organizations through a separate School / Organization license. In that case, the license is purchased and administered by the instructor or a designated staff member, not by individual students. Students do not create their own accounts, log in, or submit any personal information to us — worksheets, quizzes, and answer keys are printed and distributed directly by the instructor. Because no student personal information is collected or stored by Cash For Cubs, this arrangement falls outside most requirements around student data privacy that apply to software students interact with directly, including FERPA.

If your school or organization requests a quote or schedules a demo, we collect the information you provide in that process — such as your name, email, phone number, school or organization name, role, and approximate student/teacher counts — solely to prepare a quote, schedule a demo, and administer your license. See Third-Party Processors below for the tools used to collect and process that information.

Information We Collect

The Site itself is a static marketing site. It does not run its own sign-up forms, newsletter capture, or account system, and it does not operate a database of visitor or customer information. The only way to reach us directly from the Site is a mailto: link to info@cashforcubs.com, which opens your own email client — we only receive what you choose to send us in that email.

For Household purchases, all purchase-related information — name, email address, billing address, and payment details — is collected and processed by Kajabi and its payment processor at the time of checkout. We do not directly receive or store your payment card information; Kajabi and its payment processor handle that in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.

For School / Organization licenses, billing information — such as your name, email, school or organization name, and billing address — is instead collected and processed by Mercury when we prepare and send your invoice. Kajabi separately collects your name and email address when we grant your licensed instructor account access.

How Information Is Used

Because the Site does not collect personal information on its own, we do not use visitor data for advertising, profiling, or resale. Information submitted through Kajabi checkout, or collected when we prepare your quote, send your Mercury invoice, and grant your School / Organization license, is used to process payment, create and maintain your account, deliver course content to your Library, and send you purchase receipts and login information. Any email you send us directly is used only to respond to you.

Cookies & Analytics

As of this policy's last update, the Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking/analytics scripts. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future (for example, to understand which pages are useful), we will update this policy first. The Kajabi checkout pages you're directed to for purchases may use their own cookies, governed by Kajabi's privacy policy.

Third-Party Processors

We work with the following third parties in connection with course delivery and payment:

• Kajabi — course hosting, checkout, payment processing, and member/account data for anyone who purchases a course, plus the Request a Quote form used by prospective school and organization customers.
• Klarna and Afterpay — optional buy-now-pay-later providers that may be offered at Kajabi checkout for paid courses. If you choose one of these options, that provider collects and processes the information needed to set up your installment plan directly, under its own privacy policy — independent of Cash For Cubs and Kajabi.
• Mercury — invoicing and payment processing for School / Organization licenses, which are invoiced directly rather than sold through Kajabi checkout.
• Calendly — demo scheduling for prospective school and organization customers. When you book a demo, Calendly collects the name, email, and any other information you provide during scheduling, under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Because the Site does not collect or store personal information itself, there is no Site-side data retention period to disclose. Kajabi retains account and purchase data, and Mercury retains invoice and payment data for School / Organization licenses, each according to its own retention practices; contact the relevant provider directly, or reach out to us at info@cashforcubs.com and we will assist as needed.

Your Rights & Choices

If you are a parent or guardian, or a licensed instructor on a School / Organization account, and want to review, update, or request deletion of the account, purchase, or invoice information associated with your account, you may do so through your Kajabi account settings, by contacting Mercury directly for invoice records, or by contacting us at info@cashforcubs.com. We will coordinate with Kajabi and Mercury as needed to help resolve your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how children's, families', or school/organization information is handled will be highlighted on this page.
